Join us for this vibrant and highly transformational course. From the heart of source, the consciousness of the rainbow sacred rays of light beams its creative life force energy into all living beings on our planet. Since our very first incarnation these rays have been the essence of our consciousness, however, throughout time and because of free will and negative thinking, we began disconnecting from the purity of these rays and created karma. Not just a color, each ray/flame of light governs a sphere of consciousness that literally creates form in our world, indeed our very lives. Are you embodying the positive values, qualities and attributes of each ray? You can work with them on a daily basis to reconnect your cellular memory.
Though you must balance the energy of each ray, each being is born on one particular ray in each lifetime and the creative energy and sphere of action of that ray plays a central role in your life. Understanding your ray of creation can illumine the natural strengths and virtues on which your soul is forged as well as the main initiations and tests of understanding and love that your soul must transcend. You can more directly harness the transformational energies of each ray to create the beneficial changes you desire in your life. The techniques, exercises, affirmations, prayers and intonations in this course are designed to assist you to raise your vibration, to more deeply connect with your divine purpose and know yourself better as a divine being. The information in this course can well complement other healing modalities (or be used on its own).
Some of the topics and Exercises of the Course:
- The sphere of consciousness which each ray governs: its qualities (which affects our personality), attributes and core strengths. The career choices and roles often made by those born on a particular ray.
- Meditation to discover your ray of birth/creation. Exercises and reflections to also determine this ray.
- Tuning to the vibration of each ray with specific intonations, chants, positive affirmations and crystals.
- Cleansing attunement meditations within the sacred geometry of each ray. The sound, visualizations and afirmations of these attunements can act as an energetic brush (or comb) to assist each person to open to that particular ray and transcend any unaligned energies.
- We must ground the frequency of each ray not only in our energy body but in each cell of our physical body. Each ray governs a particular chakra, gland and bodily organs. We will intend to integrate the creative life force of each color through the use of sound, conscious breath, meditation and intention.
- We will commune with the Ascended Master, Archangels and Elohim which represent each ray. Guided meditations to the etheric Temples of each Sacred Flame of Light accompanied by pure sound instruments.
The Seven Universal Sacred Flames of light studied are: The Blue Flame of the Will of God, The Yellow Golden Flame of Illumination, The Rose Flame of Cosmic Love, The Emerald Green Flame of Healing and Manifestation, The Flame of Resurrection, The Dazzling White Flame of Ascension, The Violet Flame of Freedom’s Love
This course is based on the book “The Seven Sacred Flames” by Aurelia Louise Jones and well as my own discoveries teaching the Sacred Flames over many years and other sources at times.

Nancy Fuoco is an experienced meditation facilitator and has given workshops on emotional wellbeing, sound healing workshops and concerts for the last 20 years. She has also given spiritual retreats in Mt. Shasta since 2014, and weekend retreats in the Laurentians to connect to the inner Goddess. For over two decades, she has pursued studies in Lemurian healing and reconnection, spiritual psychotherapy, sound healing and vocal therapy, rebirthing and crystal healing.
